Commercial Water Damage – Lilburn Offices

Commercial water damage at this Lilburn office building was the result of a plumbing failure. The before photo shows the water damage to the carpeting in this hallway. The office manager called us upon discovering the water damage when he arrived at work in the morning. We had done work for another one of their properties so they knew the quality of our work and how rapidly we could remediate their disaster. We were able to extract the water from the carpeting before it absorbed into the subfloor due to the manager's quick response to the problem. We then focused on the walls where the plumbing leak had created significant moisture absorption. The after photo shows air movers and dehumidifiers set up to help dry the carpeting and the walls.
