Fire Damage – Lilburn Home

Fire damage at this Lilburn home was severe. The damage appeared irreversible to the homeowner and the insurance company. SERVPRO of North Lilburn was consulted and presented a plan for restoration which was significantly less expensive. Everyone agreed to the plan. The fire restoration project followed SERVPRO procedures and used SERVPRO products. While the project was labor intensive, it still was less costly than a tear out and rebuild. We had water damage from the firefighting effort to contend with, and there was a minor amount of tear out and rebuild where the fire had destroyed the materials. In the end, the final product as shown in the after photo was applauded by all involved.
